heavy lifts: Freight too heavy to be handled by regular ships tackle.

heavy or bulky goods” means any heavy or bulky object which because of its weight, size or nature is not normally carried in a closed vehicle or closed container;

heavy, bulky or oversized goods means any heavy, bulky or oversized object which because of its weight, size or nature can not be scanned through a scanning machine available at airport; [Pakistan Customs Rules, 2001]
