eTaxPk Platform Overview

etaxpk is the only comprehensive tax knowledge platform on Pakistan’s taxation law with user-friendly interface. In view of frequent amendments taking place in tax laws in Pakistan, it was imperative to design a website to assimilate latest information into existing data bank to make available updated information galore on a click of a button or via search and navigation tools.

etaxpk knowledge repository relates to the following categories:

• Legislation: Acts of the parliament, Ordinances.
• Sub-legislation: Notifications or Statutory Regulatory Orders (SROs)
• Procedures and Instructions: General Orders, Circulars, Rulings, Standing Orders, Public Notices, Clarifications, Letters, Instructions etc.

etaxpk, besides five search engines also contains Tariff and Policy Search (TAPS) to retrieve all information related to import/export i.e. HS Codes,  Unit of measurement, rates of all taxes (CD, ST, IT, FED, Additional CD, RD, VAT etc), all types of exemptions, Valuation Rulings etc.
